Eighteen voices of time

This series brings together eighteen art movements in watercolor. In each self-portrait, I explore a different visual language, shaped by the ideals and experiments of the time. Beyond their differences, the works reveal the interconnected-ness of creative developments. Innovation builds on the past; ideas are revisited and given new meaning. In this way, we weave the lessons of the past into the present, and art history remains a living, evolving whole.
